DATA CENTER

We engineer the electrical backbone of modern data centers  power distribution, switchgear, busway systems, and emergency backup architectures. Designed to US codes and standards. Built for continuous uptime.

OUR CAPABILITIES

From advisory, through planning, design and delivery, to repurposing—we’re transforming data centers across the entire project lifecycle with end-to-end service capabilities.

Civil & Structural

  • Site selection based on low risk (floods, earthquakes, hurricanes)
  • Compliance with local building codes (IBC – International Building Code)
  • High floor load capacity (≥1500 kg/m² typical)
  • Raised floor or slab design (modern hyperscale often slab)
  • Seismic design (especially in California zones)

Cooling / HVAC

  • Precision cooling systems:
    • CRAC / CRAH units
  • Hot aisle / Cold aisle containment
  • Chilled water or DX cooling systems
  • Use of economizers (air-side or water-side – common in U.S.)
  • Maintain ASHRAE recommended:
    • Temp: 18°C–27°C
    • Humidity: 20%–80%

Monitoring & Controls

  • DCIM systems for centralized monitoring
  • BMS (Building Management System) integration
  • Real-time alerts for:
    • Power, cooling, humidity
  • Remote operations capability

Electrical Systems

  • Dual utility power feeds (from independent substations)
  • Diesel generators with fuel storage (24–72 hrs backup)
  • UPS systems (battery or flywheel based)
  • Power distribution via PDUs/RPPs
  • Redundancy architectures:
    • N, N+1, 2N, 2N+1
  • Grounding and bonding per NEC (National Electrical Code)

Network & Connectivity

  • Multiple carrier fiber entry points (carrier-neutral design)
  • Diverse routing paths (no single point of failure)
  • High-speed backbone (10G/40G/100G+)
  • Structured cabling (fiber + Cat6A)

Fire Protection

  • Early detection systems (VESDA)
  • Clean agent suppression:
    • FM-200, Novec 1230
  • Pre-action dry pipe sprinkler systems (U.S. code requirement)
  • Compliance with NFPA standards (NFPA 75, NFPA 76)
